Date of the Competition

• Friday 30.10. 2026: Children Competition (age categories: Mini, Children, Juni, Teen)
• Sunday 1.11. 2026: Adults Competition (age categories: Teen+, Adults, Women, Ladies, Golden, Platinum) 

Venue

• Středisko volného času Rýmařov, Okružní 10, 795 01 Rýmařov

• Parking is available directly in front of the SVČ Rýmařov building or 500 m from SVČ at Míru Square.

• The bus station is located directly in front of the building; the train station is a 10–15 minute walk away.

• A Lidl supermarket with a parking lot is located in the immediate vicinity of the venue.

Competition Facilities

• Hot and cold drinks, as well as hot and cold snacks, will be available on site. Details about the refreshments will be sent by email before the festival. It will also be possible to pre-order a hot meal (lunch and possibly dinner).
• Competitors will have access to changing rooms and sanitary facilities.
• The traditional Costume Bazaar and other accompanying activities will take place.
• Competitors will perform on a traditional theatre stage, with access from the backstage area via a few steps.
• Dance floor: 8 × 7 m black Marley dance flooring

Professional Photos and Videos from the Competition

• Professional photos and videos from all performances can be ordered in advance until October 21, 2026. 
• All communication regarding photos and videos takes place exclusively with the Habibi Festival organizing team, which will also send the photos and videos after the festival to the email address provided in the registration or order.
• Payment for the photo and video order must be made no later than October 23, 2026. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled. 
• Orders can be cancelled until October 21, 2026.
• Photos and videos can be ordered in two ways:

a) Directly in the Competition Registration Form

When registering for the Competition, you can indicate your interest in photos and videos directly in the registration form for each performance. An invoice will then be issued based on your order.

b) Additional Order via the Order Form

You can also place an order after submitting your registration, up until October 21, 2026. Simply fill out the special video and photo order form, and we will take care of everything else.

Competition Tickets

• Tickets for the competition can be purchased online in advance from September 1st to October 23rd, 2026, or in person at the competition venue. The admission price is the same both online and at the venue. 

• If tickets are purchased online in advance, visitors can collect their tickets upon arrival at the box office by providing the name used for the order. They will receive the corresponding number of wristbands, which will speed up the check-in process at the competition entrance.

• Tickets can be purchased on site in cash (Czech crowns only) or by card.

• Entry to the competition is only possible with a valid ticket and a wristband worn on the wrist. This rule also applies to short-term access to the competition area (e.g. visiting a competitor in the changing rooms or attending only one competition performance is not permitted).

• Competitors have admission to the competition included in their entry fee and do not need to purchase a separate ticket.
