In this workshop we will first warm up and continue with Tribal Fusion Bellydance style combinations enriched with elements of Indian mudras, yoga asanas and traditional movement elements of Indian dances. In the following choreography, we will show how to connect meditation and dance. At the end, we will stretch.
Recommended clothing - leggings and scarves or short dance skirts on top of leggings.
